Jordan Williams Joins Xponance Alts Solutions as Private Equity Associate

​PHILADELPHIA, PA — July 30, 2026 — Xponance Alts Solutions (XAlts), the alternatives subsidiary of Xponance, today announced that Jordan M. Williams, CPA, has joined the firm as a Private Equity Associate. In this role, Williams will support the firm’s private markets investment platform, focusing on investment evaluation, due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio development across XAlts’ GP Stakes investment strategy.

Williams brings experience across private equity investing and transaction advisory. While earning his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, he served as a Summer MBA Investment Associate at GEF Capital Partners, where he supported investment sourcing, due diligence and investment thesis development across opportunities in the United States, Brazil and India. He also served as a Winter MBA Investment Associate at Crescendo Capital, conducting sector research and investment analysis to support portfolio value creation and investor relations initiatives.

Prior to business school, he was a private equity professional at Erie Street Growth Partners, where he evaluated investment opportunities, led due diligence workstreams, developed leveraged buyout models, prepared investment committee memoranda and supported portfolio company initiatives, fundraising efforts and recapitalization activities. Earlier in his career, he advised clients on valuation and strategic transaction initiatives at EY-Parthenon and Deloitte Consulting.

Williams earned bachelor’s degrees, with distinction, in Accounting and Finance from Purdue University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He was selected as both a Robert Toigo Fellow and an MLT Private Equity Fellow, two of the industry’s premier leadership development programs for investment professionals and participated in the University of Chicago Booth School of Business’s Svider Private Equity Program, where he earned his MBA.
